Good
Since I just sleep and rest at night, the equipment is generally good and highly recommended.
Although customers are uncontrollable, I encounter a problematic customer, the quality of the customer needs to be improved.

A stay that is close to a train!
That it is near to the station. And it has individual locker.
Well, I think can improve more on the safety. There were few laminate on the stairs to climb to the upper bed has been chipped and torn out. It’s not safe for those who are climbing up to the upper bed.

Good value for a night or two
The rooms and capsules are really nice, comfortable bed, good quality linen and towels are provided. The self check-in was super easy. The location is in Kampong Glen, easily accessible by bus or metro. There was complimentary coffee, tea, water and snacks in the morning.
Unfortunately, the common areas were pretty dirty, especially the bathrooms. Lot of random toiletries, clothes and towels everywhere. The tiles and doors and dirty everywhere. The fridge had rotten food inside and smelled horrible

What was the highlight of THE ROOM Capsule Hotel
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel but hopefully the hotel could do some improvements.
The capsule rooms. I thought that it would be hot and stuffy inside but it turned out to be the opposite. Cozy and cold. It also has a built in plug in each capsule, so you don’t have to worry about charging your device away from you while you sleep. Oh yes, towels are provided as well. Lockers can fit in one big bagpack/small luggage.
Not enough cups to drink. We had to share with other people who stayed in the hotel which is a big NO for me. Please provide some dishwashing liquid for us to wash the cups after use.
